TERMS OF SALE
Please read carefully
1. The numismatic material offered in this catalogue has been carefully described and
is guaranteed to be genuine.
2. All bids must be per Lot as numbered in the Catalogue. The highest bidder will
be the successful buyer. In the case of a tie the earlier bidder will be the buyer.
3. Unlimited Bids will not be accepted. You must state the maximum you are
willing to pay. You may be able to obtain your Lots for less than your maximum
if competitive bidding permits. Kindly bid in full dollar amounts. (No odd cents,
please.)
4. Telephone bids must be confirmed by mail, telegram or fax.
5. “Guesstimates” have been included. The Lots can very well sell above or below
the estimates. We do not disclose the “top bids”. A 10% Buyers Premium
applies to all sales.
6. Bear in mind that this is a Mail Bid Sale. All sales are final. Numismatic material
alotted to the highest bidder is not sent on Approval. Lots may be returned
only with the permission of the cataloguer.
7. All Bidders must have established credit with the cataloguer or the Bids will not be
executed unless an advance deposit of 25% is sent with the Bid Sheet. Deposits
will be promptly refunded to unsuccessful bidders.
Checks must be made Payable to the order of COINHUNTER or C. E. Bullowa.
8. There is no charge for executing your Bids. Postage and insurance must be paid
by the successful buyer. Pennsylvania residents must also pay a 6% State Tax
prescribed by law plus 1% if Philadelphia resident.
9. PLEASE NOTE: Successful buyers will receive an invoice separate from the
shipment of coins. Shipments are insured with a private insurance company as
well as with the U.S. Post Office. This will account for any difference between
our charges and the postage indicated on the shipment.
10. Purchasers are expected to make prompt payment upon receipt of their Lots.
11. Please be careful in your bidding. Check your Bid Sheet carefully before
mailing. Keep a copy for your reference. We cannot be responsible for your
errors.
